internal screen is cracked you might think it can be repaired because the
external plastic screen is still in tact. The external plastic stays in tact so
you don’t cut yourself on the internal glass display. It will probably look like
a large ink blob on your screen.

One of the easiest repairs is replacing a laptop screen. Simple.
The ribbon cable does not
lighten the screen. The inverter gives light to the tube. The tube gives the
screen its brightness. The tube is just the same as a fluorescent tube that you
have in your office just about 100 times smaller. The ribbon cable puts an image
on the screen.

Laptop screens have many
different connectors in the first image the screen has a small connector. On
the second screen you can see a large ribbon connector. Purchasing a
screen without knowing the correct size of your ribbon cable could mean
purchasing the wrong size screen.
Some companies only
sell second hand screens although this is sometimes a good choice because of
the price you pay for the screen you need to take in mind that the tube
inside the screen is older and may not have the life span of a new screen.
