Please ensure that you read and fully understand our Terms and Conditions before you send your laptop in for repair because by completing and submitting the form you are agreeing to be bound by these terms.
Please note that failure to accept our terms and conditions will result in you not being able to repair your laptop.
You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.
We send a foam filled security box to ensure your laptop arrives with us in the condition it left you. The security box will be sealed in front of you and you will be given a receipt.
Our estimate for the repair is calculated once we have performed a detailed inspection of your laptop.
If you decide to decline the repair estimate we will gladly return your laptop in its original condition for a fee of £20 to cover the cost of return carriage.
Failure to reply to an offer will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 28 days before being recycled or disposed of.
We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is your responsibility to ensure that such data is removed from the laptop prior to you sending it to us.
If you are concerned about personal data we recommend you back up your data before sending us your laptop.
All repairs need to be paid for in full before they are returned. Failure to pay will result in your laptop being retained for a period of 28 days before being recycled or disposed of.
All our repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days. However some parts such as new hard drives will carry a manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months. If you are unsure of the level of warranty cover please ask one of our representatives and they will gladly explain.
Your repaired laptop will be returned via courier in a sealed security box.
